Develop a set of "So you're a project lead..." type guides/spec sheets recommending approaches for different types of projects (web site, database, etc) including questions to ask, tech decision tree guides, and so on.

        Sure, I'd spearhead it - I suspect it needs to be a living document and that it should be done in conjunction with your web project team - in an ideal world, I see many of the questions being things that could be answered at least at first tier in the proposal phase by charities registering. Let's talk off list and you can point me at any people I should work with on it. - Rachel
